About

For those who don’t already know me, I’m Amy Applebaum and I’ve been successfully coaching women in business for over 15 years.

Early in my career, when I began to see this counterproductive disconnect between my clients’ thoughts, beliefs, and action, I knew I had to do something, but what?

When I finally realized that the root of the problem was sitting comfortably nestled inside my clients’ brains, I began looking for solutions…

I saw a pattern: the clients who struggled with negative or limiting thoughts and beliefs also struggled to take productive and powerful actions.

Ultimately, this issue would completely change the way I coached and lead me into the world of manifestation, law of attraction, and guided meditation (a place I never thought I’d be!).

I have tried many meditations and this is by far my absolute favorite. I listen to it at bedtime to get me motivated for the next day and sleep like a baby. Wake up refreshed and ready to go and get things done. I listen to it during the day sometimes for a little extra incentive to keep going. (I just skip the intro parts so I don’t get sleepy).
