To get started, click on the browse button above to access my meditation library and select any title you want to work on – the one you know, in your gut, you should start with. We recommend focusing on one problem or desire at a time. So, spend a minimum of 30 days listening to a title every morning, day or evening (whichever fits into your schedule – remember every audio session I’ve created has a sleep track option).
